Blake Wayment is a New York City based lyric baritone who specializes in ensemble singing, early music, oratorio solo, and art song. He regularly sings with the Trinity Choir at Trinity Church Wall Street, the Choir of St. Ignatius Loyola, and the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church Chamber Choir, and with Seraphic Fire, Musica Sacra, and Voices of Ascension. Blake was recently featured with the Fifth Avenue Chamber Choir for Bach’s St. John Passion as a baritone soloist and ensemble member. Other recent solo highlights include Bach’s Christmas Oratorio and Duruflé’s Requiem. He has been selected as a VOCES8 US Scholar for the 2026-2027 season. Blake is an avid basketball fan and loves spending time with his wife, pianist Savannah Rae.
